Vincent Schott is the co-founder and Managing Director of XP Search since its inception in 1999.
For the past 16 years Vincent has been helping technology clients access top talent at the executive and non-executive levels, in North America, Europe and Asia.
Vincent started his career at Singer Kearfott in New Jersey designing inertial navigational systems for the Aerospace industry. Here he designed the company’s first ASIC. He then transitioned to a customer facing role as an Applications Engineer at Zycad before moving into Sales. After 5 years at Zycad, he joined pre-IPO start up Quickturn Design (acquired by Cadence Design Systems) where he sold ASIC emulation technology to the Semiconductor and Electronic System Design industry’s.
Vincent holds a BSEE degree from NYU Polytechnic University with a double major in Computer Science.
In 2009, Vincent and Dan registered with the SEC as Investment advisers and started XP Capital adding a unique perspective to their advisory services.
